Corinna Hudson - Director
Corinna Hudson holds an MSc in Psychological Wellbeing and is a qualified integrative psychotherapist.
She has worked as a counsellor for Suffolk Mind and has worked for Public Health England as a member of the Occupational Health and Wellbeing team.
Corinna is also a course instructor for Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England and an associate of the British Safety Council.

Lucy Ferguson - Associate
Lucy Ferguson Ad Dip PC MNCS (Acc), Cert Hyp CS, MA (Hons) holds an advanced diploma in psychotherapeutic counselling and has a private practice, working with clients on a wide range of wellbeing issues, such as low mood, anxiety and depression, bereavement and trauma.
Lucy is an accredited member of the National Counselling Society and the National Hypnotherapy Society.

Anne-Marie Bealing - Associate
Anne-Marie Bealing BA (Hons) QTS is a qualified mindfulness teacher, offering Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) to adults and children. She trained with The Mindfulness in Schools Project and Enter Mindfulness. For 25 years, Anne-Marie was a secondary school teacher, specialising in Learning Difficulties and pastoral care, but left teaching to set up her own private mindfulness practice. She teaches Mindfulness at Ipswich Hospital. She has a Certificate in Counselling skills (CSCT) and is a qualified mental health first aider.
